Exchange Policy Overview
- ❌ No Returns Allowed – We do not accept returns under any circumstances
- 🔁 5-Day Exchange Window – Exchanges must be requested within 5 days of delivery
Exchange Eligibility
Exchanges are only allowed under the following conditions:
- The product is defective or damaged, OR
- The size or color received is different from what was ordered
📦 Mandatory Requirement:
- A package unboxing video is required as proof to process any exchange request
Conditions for Exchange
- Product must be unused, unwashed, and unworn
- All original tags and packaging must be intact
- Exchange is subject to product availability
Exchange Charges
- A flat fee of ₹150 will be charged for all exchanges
- This charge covers logistics and handling costs
Non-Exchangeable Situations
Exchange will not be accepted if:
- No unboxing video is provided
- Product shows signs of use, washing, or damage caused by customer
- Request is made after 5 days of delivery
